Shipping Policy

LOREN ships worldwide.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During launches, pre-orders or collection releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Pre-Order Shipping

Some pieces are available on a pre-order basis. Estimated shipping windows are listed on each product page.

Please note that pre-order timelines are approximate and may shift slightly during production. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all pieces are ready.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.


Duties & Taxes

For EU orders, VAT is included where applicable.

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LOREN is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

LOREN is not responsible for lost parcels, delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
