返金ポリシー

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.

Due to the nature of limited production runs, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • pre-order items
  • sale items
  • earrings or intimate garments
  • pieces returned with signs of wear, perfume, makeup or damage

To request a return, please contact account@lorens-world.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as LOREN cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non-refundable.


Pre-Orders

Some LOREN pieces are produced on a pre-order basis to reduce overproduction and allow for smaller, more considered runs.

Estimated shipping windows are listed on each product page. Please note these are approximate and may shift slightly during production.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the stated lead time.

Pre-order purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations or refunds cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.


Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact account@lorens-world.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photographs of the item

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.
