Pre-orders & deferred purchases: If you've placed a pre-order, you may cancel your order free of charge any time before your item ships. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Cancellations: To cancel a pre-order, please contact us at hello@lorens-world.com with your order number. We'll confirm your cancellation within 1–2 business days.

Refunds: Cancelled pre-orders will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
